Please be aware of ongoing and potential phishing scams involving phony recruiters reaching out to job seekers via external sites. Here are some ways to help you identify and avoid recruitment fraud:

  • ProPharma will never ask you for any bank account information, financial information, or another form of payment in order to be considered for a role. You will also never be paid by ProPharma prior to actually starting work and tracking hours. If any of these things happen, it’s a scam.
  • ProPharma recruiters will only use their work emails to contact you using the domain @propharmagroup.com. If you receive recruiting communications from anyone with a yahoo.com, gmail.com, live.com, propharmagroupjobs.com, or any other email account, it’s likely a fraud.
  • It’s common for fraud schemes to involve email interviews only. ProPharma will conduct at least one interview by phone. If you are given a job based on email communication alone, be wary that it’s a fake.
